The Client Relations Specialist at Stowe Country Homes will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
This role works closely with both homeowners and guests, taking responsibility for addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
Additionally, this role will handle communication through our messaging platform, as well as email, promptly responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
1.
Guest Experience Management:
Take charge of the guest experience, providing warm, friendly, and attentive service from check-in to check-out.
Ensure that guests' needs and requests are promptly addressed and strive to exceed their expectations.
2.
Homeowner Relations:
Foster positive relationships with homeowners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Communicate effectively to address any homeowner concerns, provide updates, and ensure a seamless partnership.
3.
Email Communication:
Manage email accounts, respond to inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to homeowners.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all written communications.
4.
Issue Resolution:
Handle up to level two escalation regarding guest or homeowner issues that may arise, employing effective problem-solving skills to find satisfactory resolutions.
Work with the team to address any maintenance or service-related matters promptly.
5.
Guest Feedback and Reviews:
Actively seek guest feedback and reviews, encouraging guests to share their experiences.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, addressing any concerns and showcasing the commitment to exceptional service.
6.
Monitor and respond to communication, including correspondence that occurs after hours.
7.
Concierge services.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure all guest and homeowner needs are met.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset, always striving to exceed expectations and provide memorable experiences.
Proficiency in email communication and basic computer skills.
