Duties and Responsibilities Install and repair cable TV, high-speed data, and digital services both inside & outside of residential and commercial sites Perform site surveys and perform upgrades, wiring, and multi-dwelling installations Identity technical issues while troubleshooting equipment and determining cable signal Provide excellent customer service while educating customers and promoting products &services Maintain, secure, and account for equipment inventories, preparing regular, accurate, legible, and timely cable system records Requirements and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license Ability to Pass a background check and drug screen Energetic, resourceful, and strong multi-tasking skills with a desire to learn and grow Basic Computer skills Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills Strong customer service skills Willing to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holidays Ability to lift over 80 lbs, climb and stand on 28-foot extension ladders for long periods of time, work in confined spaces and in all climates
