Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations, including materials handling, inventory control, and distribution.
- Ensure efficient and safe warehouse processes and company policies.
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and improve productivity through process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking inventory levels, shipping/receiving, and order accuracy.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or supervision.
But willing to train the right person.
- Strong knowledge of operations, materials handling, and inventory control.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required in a setting.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing employee performance.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge related to safety.
- Proficient in using management software/systems.
