Maintenance/Front Desk

Duties - General property maintenance (Snow removal, landscaping, painting, Carpentry) and ability to assist the front desk - This job requires being on the property to support front desk and maintenance needs - Ability to lift or carry objects over 50lbs Requirements - Problem solving - Experience in hospitality and or property management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
