Ensuring tabletop-glassware/flatware/plates and kitchen pots/pans are clean, along with kitchen sanitation, trash and other assigned areas Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of dish area, ensuring machine is working properly for washing of table top and kitchen pots/ pans.
Must always be well groomed and in proper uniform and hat.
Thorough understanding of dish machine maintenance and operation for optimal use.
Knowledge on chemicals used in machine and in kitchen with proper handling.
Able to understand MSDS sheets and know location of book.
Responsible for keeping all BOH areas clean and clutter free, including sweeping, moping, drain cleaning, polishing, etc.
Monitors and empties all trash and recycling.
Preparation of other items as needed.
Support of and participation in recycling and sanitation programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
