We aim to provide a beautiful and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow.
Build strong relationships with children through play and social interactions.
We offer early childhood education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners.
We also offer and enriching afterschool program.
We spend a considerable amount of time outside each day in all types of weather.
Expectations:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with MVS curriculum and educational standards - Support children with social skills, emotional regulational, and interpersonal skills - Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Ideal candidates will have:
- at least a bachelor's degree in education or a related field - Experience working with students in a classroom setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment - Experience or interest in theater, sports coaching, or other extracurricular activities We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
