Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, photos, and videos - Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum effectiveness - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact with followers in a professional manner - Proficiency in photography and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite - Knowledge of advertising principles and experience running paid social media campaigns - Understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly creative with a keen eye for detail If you are passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, and enjoy engaging with online communities, we want to hear from you!
