Certified Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant

We are currently hiring for our clients in Stowe and surrounding areas for the following positions:

o Certified Home Health Aides,
o Certified Nursing Assistants.
o Certified Personal Care Assistant
o Home Makers and Companions
We are hiring for short shifts, Part- time hours to start with the opportunity to pick up more shifts and flexibility, with overtime options.

Essential duties and responsibilities
o Implementing and supporting best plan of care for client.
o Exercising and recreational activities.
o Provides routine care, such as bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding Ambulation assistance.
o Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
o Light housekeeping.
o Provide companionship by reading, listening and conversing.
o Assists/reminds client to take medications. Accompanying client to appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS
o 1
years' experience required Must be able to travel within assigned territory.
o Valid MA driver license and clean driving record.
o Must have use of an insured automobile in order to travel to clients.
o Ability to read, write, speak and understand English (Bilingual is a plus) successfully completes a competency evaluation
As part of the Hiring process the following Documentation will be required.
o 2 forms of ID 2 reference contacts.
o Copy of any current license.
o Copy of HHA or CNA certificate if you have one.
o Proof of physical and a TB test within 1 year.
o Auto insurance policy/copy of driving record.
